Patricia Driskell Stephens

Patricia Driskell Stephens, Guest Services and Museum Store Manager brings a wealth of experience to the Tubman Museum. She has developed what has become a passion for seeking out new challenges to utilize her talents. Stephens has served most recently as Visitor Services Manager at the Georgia Music Hall of Fame. She also served as Director of Membership Sales and Special Events at the Museum of Arts and Sciences located in Macon; and Site Manager for Communities In Schools with the Bibb County Board of Education.

Patricia received a Bachelor of Arts degree and secondary teaching certification from the University of Detroit. She has earned post graduates credits in Urban Affairs at University of Michigan. She is a certified trainer for the Georgia Association of Educators.

Stephens serves on the Macon-Bibb Convention and Visitors Bureau’s Tourism Advisory Council, and is a representative for the Georgia Historic Heartland, a major attractions and festivals organization. She served on the committee for the Governor’s Tourism Conference hosted in Macon. Patricia was the Entertainment Manager for the Pan African Festival Of Georgia from 2012 to 2015.

She is a life member of the National Association of Educators, and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated; the first African American international collegiate Greek-lettered service organization.  Mrs. Stephens is the proud mother and number one fan to daughter Trysha B. Stephens a public relations executive, song stylist and actress.
