Founded in 1967, the Middle Georgia Art Association is a Macon-based non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of the visual arts. The MGAA sponsors exhibits in its own gallery and organized the annual Mulberry Street Arts and Crafts Festival, as well as the Winter Arts Festival and the Youth Arts Festival and Scholarship Program. This is the second in a biannual series of exhibitions that mark the ongoing collaboration between the MGAA and the Tubman Museum, two institutions dedicated to supporting the arts in this community. The opening reception for this exhibition is on Friday, December 16, 2016 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.
