The Tubman Museum, in special partnership with the Bibb County School District and Macon Arts Alliance, presents the National Arts Program, which showcases artwork created by Bibb County School District employees and their families. This is the first show of its kind in Bibb County.

The National Arts Program Foundation celebrates the creative talents of employees across the country by providing those individuals and their family members an opportunity to participate in the professional visual arts process.

The National Arts Program exhibition for the Bibb County School District is a professionally judged competition of work by artists and visual art professionals in Amateur, Intermediate, Professional and Youth/Teen classifications. Prizes include ribbons, as well as cash awards, and all artwork entered into the competition will be on display at the Tubman Museum through December 16, 2016.

Everyone is invited to join the hosts and sponsors of the National Arts Program in Bibb County at the Opening Reception on Friday, November 4, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the Tubman Museum.
