Georgia Artists

The Tubman Museum is committed to exploring and celebrating African American contributions to the visual arts in Macon, the state of Georgia, and the Southeastern United States. The Museum collects and exhibits works by nationally and internationally known Georgia-born and Georgia-based artists. The Museum is also committed to collecting and exhibiting works by lesser-known artists with extensive connections to the Macon and Middle Georgia communities.
